Membership Renewal

Dear Colleagues,

I understand that there have been some issues with the automatic renewal process with the software and that it is requiring everyone to login to renew as individuals. I understand that this is not effective for firms. 

Instead if firms could please renew by completing the information below that would be great. If you can please provide details of who is being paid for it will allow the membership to be reconcilled. For those wishing to renew via the link sent, you may still do so, but will need to create an login to do so.
